By accessing this website or scheduling spa treatments at Aroma Luxury Wellness SPA, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms, conditions, and guidelines.

1. Booking & Cancellation Policy

To ensure optimal therapist allocation, we request that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled slot. Cancellations or slot rescheduling must be completed at least 4 hours in advance. No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours of the slot may be subject to a fee.

2. Health & Safety Disclosure

Guests must disclose any pre-existing health conditions, skin sensitivities, physical injuries, or pregnancies to our therapist during the consultation stage. Aroma is not liable for issues arising from undisclosed health conditions.

3. Valuables & Personal Property

While we provide locked storage amenities inside our private changing suites, Aroma Luxury Wellness SPA is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen personal items left on the premises.

4. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions, spa menus, or service rates at any time without prior announcement. Continued usage of our website or scheduling services constitutes agreement to all updated terms.
